Phase 3: The Intern Houses

A select group of men who successfully complete twelve months of the program at our Buckingham facility are offered the privilege of moving into one of our two Charlottesville Intern Houses for the last six months of our program. There the men develop greater ties with the local community, attend a church, find employment, and receive further training in specific life skills. Work experience and employment have been made available through supportive contractors around Charlottesville, as well as through a for-profit landscaping company, Bridge Services LLC, which was founded in Spring 2005.
